Medical Office Manager
Part-Time/Full-Time


We are looking for an enthusiastic medical office manager who is experienced in all facets of a thriving medical clinic. Must be able to multi-task, have the ability to prioritize and be able to confidently execute all office procedures and tasks. Qualifications and Experience
  • Good working knowledge of PS Suite EMR
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience as an MOA (Medical Office Assistant) 
  • Minimum 1 yrs experience as a Medical Office Manager  
Roles and Responsibilties
  • All Reception and Administrative Tasks, Requisitions and Forms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehension of Medical Filing Systems
  • Billing experience, including Submission, Reconciliation, Reporting and Third Party Billing
  • Cash, Electronic Transfer Reconcilation (EFTS) and Bank Deposits
  • Booking/Referral/Confirming Appointments 
  • Maintaining Office Supply and Inventory 
  • Room and Patient Preparation
  • Assistance in Minor Surgery Room and dressing prodecures
  • Scanning Test Results/Sanitation Procedures and Techniques
  • HR duties as required - job postings, resume review, and candidate interviews
  • Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation Board Procedures
